I am Cierra Tunquist, a spirited new therapist who specializes in linking thought with word, word with action, and action with thought.
I have helped people who identify with anxiety, autism, cancer, cerebral palsy, chronic stress, dementia, depression, difficulty eating, marital infidelity, and medicated psychosis.
I have experience with couples, groups, and individuals from four to ninety-nine years old.
What Will We Do?
First, let's meet. You can tell me what you need and ask me about what I offer. This is always free.
Therapy begins if what you need and what I offer align. I will help you heal the hurt with the tools in my toolbox. Our sessions may include metaphor, games, movement, music, and humor.
Therapy continues as often and as long as you need. It slows down or stops once you meeting your stated goals. I promise to do what I can to work myself out of a job.

About Cierra
I have stability in some aspects of my identity. For example, I am person with a literal large heart. I resonate with the writings of Tolkien, play (sometimes too many) video games, and love to dance. I am a person with divorced parents. I am likely a neurotypical-passing neurodivergent. I love cats.
I have grown out of other parts of my identity. For example, I used to be 31 (at the time of writing, I am 32). I used to want to be a different gender. I used to live in New Hampshire and LA. I used to have a duck as a best friend.
